Cookie Policy

FiberPDF uses cookies that are necessary to provide document processing, accounts, and subscriptions. We do not currently use advertising cookies or build advertising profiles from uploaded documents.

Job isolation

Anonymous visitors receive a signed HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookie that isolates temporary PDF jobs from other visitors. It contains no document content, email address, or raw IP address. Blocking it prevents secure result association.

Account and billing

Clerk may set sign-in, security, and session cookies. Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal may set fraud-prevention, payment, and session cookies on their domains. Their policies describe the exact purposes and lifetimes.

Local browser storage

After you select a file on the homepage, the browser may briefly use IndexedDB to hand it to the selected tool page. The data stays on your device and is deleted after retrieval; it is not a server cookie.

Managing choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in, subscription management, and anonymous job isolation may stop working. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, FiberPDF will add the required consent controls before enabling them and update this policy.
