Terms of Service

These terms govern FiberPDF's online document-processing, account, and subscription services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or submitting a document, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

FiberPDF provides automated PDF conversion, organization, OCR, optimization, security, redaction, form, attachment, and analysis workflows. Outputs are generated automatically and should be reviewed before professional, legal, financial, medical, archival, or compliance use.

Your documents

You retain ownership of your documents. You grant the operator a limited, temporary permission to receive, scan, process, and return them solely to provide the selected operation.

Acceptable use

You must not upload malware; infringe rights; process unlawful content; evade access controls; overload the service; probe private infrastructure; or use automated traffic beyond published limits.

Availability and limits

The service may enforce file-size, page, concurrency, output, rate, and processing-time limits. Temporary processing does not replace your own backups.

Plans, renewal, and cancellation

Free, Pro, and other plan features and limits are those shown at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe for the selected monthly or annual billing period until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where law or the checkout page requires otherwise, charges for a period that has begun are non-refundable. Taxes and currency conversion may be determined by Stripe or your card issuer.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account. You may not share a plan to evade usage or concurrency limits. Contact us promptly about unauthorized access. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or breach of these terms.

No professional advice

FiberPDF performs mechanical document operations and does not provide professional advice. OCR, conversion, redaction, repair, and PDF/A results require human verification for consequential use.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact formatting, or preservation of every document feature.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may block abusive use or discontinue features.
