Privacy Policy

Effective August 14, 2026

This policy explains how FiberPDF processes information when you use its online PDF tools, account, and subscription services. Documents remain short-lived; accounts store identity, plan, usage, and job metadata, not a permanent document library.

Information processed

How information is used

Information is used only to validate and scan uploads, perform the selected PDF operation, deliver the result, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service. FiberPDF does not sell document data, build advertising profiles, or use uploaded documents to train AI models.

Document lifecycle

Uploads are checked for file type, size, and malware. Source files are removed after successful processing. Completed results and failed-job remnants expire automatically after the configured short retention window, which is 30 minutes in the standard production configuration.

Identity and payment providers

Clerk provides email and supported social sign-in and processes identity data under its privacy terms. Stripe acts as payment processor for card, billing address, tax, and transaction information. FiberPDF does not receive or store full card numbers. We retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and billing period to provide paid access.

Retention and deletion

Account, subscription, usage, and security records are retained as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request account closure and deletion of eligible personal data through the account area or the contact below. Billing and fraud-prevention records may be retained where legally required.

Service providers and transfers

The public website, network edge, and dedicated processing infrastructure may be operated by specialized hosting providers. The PDF processor and malware scanner run inside FiberPDF-controlled infrastructure.

Security and choices

FiberPDF uses an allowlisted API, private processing network, malware scanning, bounded resources, short retention, and non-public processor credentials. The anonymous cookie is required for job isolation; blocking it prevents document processing.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.

Operator and privacy contact

Not configured. Public launch remains disabled until the legal operator and privacy contact are supplied.
