Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective August 18, 2026

Automatic renewal

FiberPDF Pro renews automatically for the monthly or annual period selected at checkout until canceled. Renewal price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout and the billing portal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the account billing page through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation does not immediately remove paid access; Pro remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription periods that have begun are generally non-refundable and are not prorated. Duplicate charges, material technical failures that prevented use, or unauthorized transactions may be submitted for review. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe, the bank, and card network.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory refund, withdrawal, or dispute rights under applicable consumer law. Local law controls where it conflicts with this policy.
